Arusha to Lake Natron
After breakfast, travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley to the remote wilderness of Lake Natron, with views of volcanic mountains, Maasai settlements and endless savannah. Arrive in the afternoon for leisure as Ol Doinyo Lengai glows against the sunset.

Ngare Sero Waterfalls & Lake Natron
A guided walk to the Ngare Sero Waterfalls, hidden in a spectacular canyon of cool streams and towering rock walls, then the flamingo-filled shores of Lake Natron in the afternoon and a cultural visit to a traditional Maasai village.

Acclimatization Hike & Rift Valley
A scenic acclimatization hike along the Rift Valley escarpment, with panoramic views over Lake Natron and the volcanic formations toward the Kenyan border. The afternoon is free to rest, hydrate and prepare gear, with a special early dinner before the summit night.

Midnight Summit Climb of Ol Doinyo Lengai
Transfer to the base around 11 PM and start the climb after midnight. A steep 5–7 hour ascent under the stars with local guides reaches the summit for sunrise — views over Lake Natron, the Rift Valley, the Ngorongoro Highlands, Mount Meru and distant Kilimanjaro. Explore the volcanic crater, then descend to the lodge for a shower, a hot meal and rest.
