Arusha to Lake Natron & Ngare Sero Waterfalls
Drive 5–6 hours north from Arusha through the Great Rift Valley, with views of Mount Meru, the Ngorongoro Highlands and Maasai settlements, to Lake Natron. After lunch overlooking Ol Doinyo Lengai, walk to the hidden Ngare Sero Waterfalls — wading through a narrow canyon to swim beneath the falls — then a sunset over the lake and dinner at the lodge.

Midnight Summit Climb of Ol Doinyo Lengai
Wake around 11 PM for tea and snacks, then transfer to the base and begin the steep climb shortly after midnight. With Maasai guides, ascend 4–7 hours to reach the summit at dawn for panoramas over Lake Natron, the Rift Valley, Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro on clear mornings. Descend to the lodge for a hot lunch, a shower and an afternoon to recover by the pool.

Lake Natron Flamingo Walk, Return to Arusha
After a leisurely breakfast, a guided walk along the shores of Lake Natron — one of East Africa's most important breeding grounds for Lesser Flamingos, its waters glowing red and pink — with an optional Maasai village visit. After lunch, the scenic drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
