Arusha to Tarangire National Park
A morning briefing in Arusha, then the 2½-hour drive to Tarangire through Maasai country. An afternoon game drive among massive elephant herds, baobabs, lions and 550+ bird species, with a picnic lunch in the park. Continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Karatu to the Ndutu Conservation Area
Drive through the Ngorongoro highlands and volcanic landscapes into the Ndutu ecosystem, arriving by midday as the plains fill with wildebeest, zebra and the predators that follow. An afternoon game drive where the migration drama begins — newborn calves, stalking lions and cheetahs.

Full Day in Ndutu — Calving Season
A full day in the migration's maternity ward. Early morning for predators returning from the hunt, then tracking the short-grass plains where thousands of calves are born daily — wildebeest mothers, massive zebra herds, bat-eared foxes and serval cats. Evening storytelling around the campfire.

Full Day — Ndutu & Southern Serengeti
Another full day following the herds, your guide positioning you in the most active areas. Lion prides with cubs, cheetahs hunting gazelle, large hyena clans and elephants crossing the plains — short grass and high density make it superb for photography. Spectacular southern Serengeti sunsets.

Ndutu to the Ngorongoro Highlands
A final migration game drive, then after lunch the drive toward the Ngorongoro Highlands, arriving at the crater rim in the late afternoon for spectacular views over one of Africa's most iconic landscapes.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
An early descent into the Ngorongoro Crater — 'Africa's Garden of Eden' — for a chance at the Big Five in a single morning, plus hippo, flamingo and hyena, with a picnic lunch by the hippo pool. Continue your game drive, then return to Arusha where your safari concludes.
